SL Green Inks Expansion Lease With Aetna Life Insurance at 100 Park Avenue

New York, NY – November 6, 2015 -  SL Green Realty Corp (NYSE: SLG) today announced that Aetna Life Insurance Company has expanded at 100 Park Avenue by leasing 10,889 square feet on the entire 12th floor. Aetna’s total commitment at the building covers 51,028 square feet for 10+ years.

100 Park Avenue was one of New York City’s first buildings to receive Silver LEED-EB certification and it is a past BOMA International award winner. Other building tenants include BDO, Wells Fargo Trade Capital, Aecom Technology, and ABN Amro Holdings.

William Korchak of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Aetna in the transaction, while Tara Stacom, Barry Zeller, Justin Royce and Matthias Li of Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of SL Green.
